The role focuses on team management, patient service, clinic performance, inventory, and overall operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily clinic operations and staff. Monitor team performance, attendance, and schedules. Ensure excellent patient/customer service. Monitor KPIs and clinic performance targets. Manage clinic supplies, inventory, and resources. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Handle and resolve operational concerns. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Identify issues and implement solutions. Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, Facilities, and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and compliant clinic. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Operations, or related field preferred. 2–3 years of experience in clinic, branch, retail, operations, or supervisory management. Proven experience managing and supervising a team. Experience in clinic/branch operations is highly preferred. Strong customer/patient service skills. Experience with KPIs, targets, reports, inventory, and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Willing to work 6 days per week. Preferably residing in or near Commonwealth, Quezon City. HOW TO APPLY?
