It aims to be the "TOP of Mind" clinic in the Philippines by having branches in key cities nationwide. We use evidence based treatment and protocols spearheaded by our Licensed Physical Therapists. Our Motto: “Your Wellness Is Our Priority.” About the Role The Clinic Manager is the primary accountable leader of the clinic. He/she oversees the overall daily clinic operations, monitors the performance of Licensed Physical Therapists, and ensures quality physical therapy service is consistently delivered. A critical function of this role is direct patient handling — building genuine rapport with patients, handling follow-up calls to unconverted leads, and successfully closing procedure bookings and treatment plans. The Clinic Manager also supervises the Clinic Administrator, including reviewing the quality of social media page management, and stepping in to handle warm leads and relationship-building on the clinic's Facebook page. He/she leads and implements management initiatives, embodies the company's core values, and ensures both client and management expectations are exceeded. Duties and ResponsibilitiesPatient Handling, Follow-Up & Closing Assists and accommodates patients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience from first contact to end of visit. Conducts follow-up calls and messages to unconverted or undecided patients to re-engage and close bookings. Builds genuine rapport with patients, understands their condition and concerns, and discuss appropriate PT services or treatment packages. Closes procedure bookings and treatment plan enrollments, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly conversion targets. Handles patient objections and hesitations professionally to guide informed decision-making. Ensures every patient — walk-in, inquiry, or follow-up — leaves with a confirmed next step (booked session, follow-up date, or referral). Maintains strong patient relationships to encourage retention, repeat visits, and referrals. Social Media Oversight (Facebook Page) Supervises the Clinic Administrator's day-to-day management of the clinic's Facebook page. Reviews and approves responses to inquiries and comments to ensure accuracy, tone, and alignment with company standards. Steps in to personally handle warm leads — patients who have expressed strong interest or are ready to book — to build rapport and close the conversation. Handles all complaints and sensitive issues raised on the Facebook page to protect the clinic's reputation. Accountable for the overall performance, reach, and professional quality of the clinic's social media presence. Patient Relations & Complaint Management Handles escalated complaints and provides solutions based on the company's standards. Coordinates the schedule of patients with the Physical Therapist in charge. Monitors patient satisfaction and implements service improvements as needed. Clinic Operations Oversight Oversees the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth patient flow and service continuity. Disseminates management's initiatives and ensures all directives are implemented by the team. Monitors inventory of supplies and coordinates replenishment as needed. Monitors collection of payments and deposits sales on a daily basis. Processes HMOs (partner health care insurance) including accurate billing and transmittal. Ensures proper encoding of patients' transactions on the Healthblocks 360 system. Team & Performance Management Manages and reports Licensed Physical Therapists' performance to management. Supervises and provides feedback to the Clinic Administrator on quality of work. Takes on any pending tasks from the previous Clinic Manager upon onboarding and ensures smooth transition. Reporting & Compliance Submits timely and accurate reports to management on clinic operations, financials, and team performance. Ensures the clinic meets all regulatory requirements and company standards at all times. Qualifications Graduate of any related four-year bachelor’s degree course. Willing to be relocated is a plus.
