Requirements: Minimum 2 years of previous experience managing clinics in Dubai Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written Knowledge of Russian is a plus (not required) Strong leadership and organizational skills Professional, polished, and able to deal with clients from diverse nationalities Proficiency in Clinic Management Systems Well-presented with strong attention to detail Responsibilities: Coordinate work between doctors, clients, and staff to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee the clinic's daily workflow and manage appointment scheduling Monitor client satisfaction and service quality Develop clinic processes and elevate the practice to a more professional standard Handle client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional manner Supervise and support the front desk and administrative staff Manage inventory of clinic supplies and coordinate with suppliers Ensure compliance with health, safety, and DHA regulations Prepare and monitor monthly reports (revenue, appointments, performance) Assist in marketing coordination and social media follow-up with the marketing team Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and basic HR coordination Manage petty cash and basic financial/billing oversight Build strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits Liaise with doctors on patient flow and treatment scheduling to minimize wait times.
