# Clinic Manager _Aesthetic **AL ZAABI GROUP** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the overall operations, business performance and patient experience of an aesthetic/dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE experience in managing an aesthetic clinic, with a good understanding of aesthetic treatments, dermatology services, patient conversion, sales targets and clinic operations . Key Responsibilities Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the aesthetic clinic. Lead reception, patient relations, nursing/therapist and administrative teams. Ensure an excellent patient journey from enquiry and consultation through treatment and follow-up. Monitor revenue, sales targets, patient conversion and treatment bookings . Develop strategies to increase patient footfall, retention and repeat business. Coordinate with Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Doctors and other clinical professionals. Monitor appointment scheduling and ensure optimum utilization of doctors and treatment rooms. Handle VIP patients, escalations, complaints and service-recovery situations professionally. Work closely with marketing teams on promotions, campaigns, packages and lead-generation activities. Track leads and ensure timely follow-up and conversion by the patient relations/sales team. Monitor clinic KPIs and prepare regular operational and revenue reports for management. Ensure proper stock control for aesthetic products, consumables and treatment supplies. Maintain high standards of clinic presentation, hygiene and customer service. Ensure clinic operations comply with DOH requirements, company policies and applicable UAE healthcare regulations . Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic or plastic surgery clinic. Previous experience in a Clinic Manager / Aesthetic Centre Manager / Operations Manager role preferred. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and the UAE aesthetic healthcare market. Proven experience in sales, revenue generation, patient conversion and team management . Strong leadership, communication and customer-service skills. Ability to manage targets and work in a performance-driven environment. Arabic-speaking candidates would be an advantage. Abu Dhabi healthcare/aesthetic clinic experience is highly preferred. Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,978.31 per month Work Location: In person
