The ideal candidate will have at least 3–5 years of healthcare management experience , strong leadership and financial-management skills, and the ability to transform successful clinic procedures into scalable operational systems. This position will manage the flagship clinic while supporting the preparation, opening, training, and ongoing operations of future franchise locations. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can improve efficiency, develop accountable teams, maintain high patient-service standards, and ensure operational consistency across every NHM location. ResponsibilitiesClinic Operations Oversee the daily administrative and business operations of the clinic, including scheduling, patient flow, staffing, customer service, and administrative workflows. Supervise administrative personnel, nurses, patient coordinators, and other operational team members. Ensure the clinic is appropriately staffed, organized, supplied, and prepared for daily operations. Monitor appointment volume, patient conversion, retention, service quality, and operational performance. Address patient-service concerns and staff issues professionally and promptly. Coordinate with physicians and clinical personnel without interfering with independent clinical judgment or medical decision-making. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and business partners. Maintain inventory controls for supplies, medications, equipment, and other clinic resources, as permitted and appropriate. Franchise and Multi-Location Operations Help prepare NHM’s flagship clinic to serve as a model for future franchise and corporate locations. Develop, document, and implement scalable standard operating procedures, training materials, checklists, and operational workflows. Assist with the planning, setup, and opening of new franchise locations. Train and support franchise owners, clinic managers, and administrative teams on NHM’s systems and operating standards. Monitor franchise locations for operational consistency, brand standards, customer-service quality, and compliance with approved procedures. Conduct regular operational reviews and recommend corrective action when a location is not meeting established standards. Coordinate communication between NHM management, franchise owners, clinical leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders.
