Job Description You will join the Strategy and Customer Management team of the Chief Client Office (CCO) as a Strategy and Customer Management Officer to support the commercial development of the Global Markets and Global Trade business lines. On a daily basis, your tasks are to: Conduct strategic analyses on client portfolios to identify growth opportunities (prospects, cross-selling); Formulate concrete and actionable business development levers; Design and manage customer performance monitoring (dashboards, KPIs); Contribute to improving data quality and AI/Data Analytics use cases; Act as a privileged point of contact and strategic partner for these professions. As a Customer Strategy and Management Officer, you participate in the industrialization of processes and the diffusion of a customer culture focused on data. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If this is your description, you are made to work with us! Graduated from a large school or university, you have about 10 years of experience in CIB (Coverage, Global Markets, Trade, Strategy, Business Management). You master: Strategic analysis of client portfolios (profitability, NBI, RWA, RoE); Identifying and implementing data-driven business performance levers; Global Markets and Global Trade professions and products; Excel & PowerPoint (advanced level) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). You have excellent interpersonal skills and a great ability to listen; you are: Solutions and results oriented; Rigorous and synthetic; Comfortable in a cross-functional and international environment. You master English with a minimum C1 level.
