This is a senior role focused on managing and developing the existing team of four CSMs, while also taking ownership of key strategic clients and driving account growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Client Solutions Managers. - Oversee client strategy, campaign performance, and overall account growth. - Take direct ownership of key strategic clients and build strong, long-term relationships. - Develop full-funnel digital strategies and provide strategic recommendations based on client objectives. - Review campaign performance and guide the team on optimization, measurement, insights, and next steps. - Identify opportunities to increase client investment, expand product adoption, and grow existing accounts. - Work closely with Sales, Operations, and TikTok teams to maximize business opportunities. - Support the team in developing effective client strategies and delivering high-quality solutions. - Stay up to date with TikTok advertising products, digital trends, and industry developments. What We're Looking For - Strong experience in digital advertising, client solutions, account management, or a similar role. - Previous experience managing or mentoring a team. - Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and campaign performance. - Experience working with key clients and managing strategic accounts. - Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to turn campaign data and insights into clear strategic recommendations. - Commercial mindset with a strong focus on account growth and client development. - Experience with TikTok Ads or other major digital advertising platforms is highly preferred.
