Drives customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success across the customer lifecycle. Monitors customer account health to identify risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact customer outcomes. Coordinates cross-functionality with internal stakeholders to ensure aligned service delivery and issue resolution proactively. Supports renewal readiness and expansion initiatives by providing customer insights, usage trends, and value realization inputs. Maintains accurate and timely customer data, documentation, and records in approved systems and tools. Ensures adherence to governance, reporting, communication and compliance standards. Contributes to continuous improvement of customer success processes through data driven metrics. Minimum requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledgeable in CRM and other productivity tools. Proven track in customer relationship management. Background in working for a global company. Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
