Job Description We are looking for an additional team member to join our successful Client Service team in Zurich. This role offers hands-on exposure to wealth management operations, supporting Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality client service and gaining insight into the full client lifecycle within a global investment advisory firm. The position is on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities Supporting the Relationship Managers in their daily client facing advisory and support activities (account management, administration, preparation of presentations, reports and proposals etc) in all segments E-mail, correspondence, telephone, reception and support with/of clients and stakeholders Collaborate on complex account openings (e.g., domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) and ensure smooth execution of client orders, administrative tasks and formalities of the life-cycle of a client (updating and maintaining customer data) Ensuring and complying with regulatory requirements Assist with the preparation of asset statements and various reports for clients Various queries and coordination with custodian banks, partners and internal counterparties Assisting with the organization of events and other activities Various administrative activities in the office management (physical mail etc.) Availability: 5 days per week (physical presence on at least 4 days) Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Up to 2 years’ experience of working within Wealth Management operations or wider Financial Services is preferable. Completed commercial training in the financial sector (with further education) would be preferrable but not essential IT affinity (MS Office; Word, Power Point and Excel) Fluency in English is essential as well as strong German skills.
