About the Role: We are seeking a qualified OR experienced and customer-focused Client Service Manager to join our team. This is a permanent full- time position with guaranteed 30 hours of work and overtime available. The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating customer and after-sales services for the business. The role ensures that customer enquiries, service bookings, installations, maintenance and repair requirements are efficiently coordinated with technicians, subcontractors and other service providers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review customer service policies, procedures and processes to support the effective delivery of Mechatrix’s HVAC, heat pump, air-conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, cold-room and maintenance services. Manage and coordinate customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, service requests and follow-ups, ensuring information is accurately communicated to the relevant technicians and operational personnel. Liaise with customers, technicians, subcontractors, service agents and other operational personnel to identify customer requirements and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed expectations. Monitor the efficiency of customer service and service coordination processes and implement improvements where required. Communicate directly with clients to understand their expectations, provide service updates, address concerns and maintain positive ongoing relationships. Assist the Director with recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction of personnel involved in client service and service coordination activities as the business requires. Provide guidance, direction and feedback to personnel involved in customer and client coordination activities to maintain consistent service standards. Plan and implement after-sales follow-up for completed installations, maintenance and repair services to assess customer satisfaction and identify any further service requirements. Handle customer feedback, complaints and service issues, coordinate appropriate responses and follow through to ensure matters are resolved effectively. Review customer feedback, service outcomes and recurring issues and recommend changes to improve service quality, efficiency and customer experience. Maintain appropriate records of customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, feedback and after-sales activities. Support customer retention and repeat business by maintaining sound client relationships and contributing to the ongoing development of customer service strategies. Provide the Director with feedback and recommendations on customer satisfaction, service performance and opportunities to improve client service operations. About You The ideal candidate will have: A relevant qualification at Diploma level or above is required to perform the role responsibilities. Must have work experience at Supervisor OR Managerial level OR a customer-facing role for one year or more in the absence of the required qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. The ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, subcontractors and other service providers. A professional and customer-focused approach. Experience with after-sales service and resolving customer issues.
