Client Service Executive – Signage, Exhibition & Advertising

A3sign is looking for a Key Account Manager to grow key corporate accounts and oversee client projects across signage, exhibition stands, advertising, and branding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key corporate accounts and high-value clients. Develop account plans to retain clients and grow revenue.
• Identify new projects within existing accounts and recommend additional services that meet client needs.
• Visit clients and project sites to gather requirements, confirm scope and timelines, and prepare clear briefs for the design team.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, coordinate with estimation to issue quotations on time, and follow up with clients to negotiate commercial terms and secure approvals.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams from concept through installation and handover. Keep clients informed of progress, milestones, and any changes to delivery dates.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and follow up after delivery to confirm satisfaction.
• Track sales performance against revenue targets and maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts.
• Submit weekly reports covering client visits, new opportunities, quotation status, active jobs, pending approvals, and next actions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or client servicing within signage, exhibitions, advertising, or branding.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Practical understanding of signage and branding materials, fabrication, and installation.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, project coordination, and reporting skills.
