Own client reporting and SLA delivery for some of WK's key clients. Help shape reporting processes and new systems in a growing firm. As a Client Reporting Coordinator/Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely reporting and insights to some of Wotton Kearney's largest clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong reporting, data analysis or finance analyst experience who enjoys working with complex datasets, building reports, identifying trends and ensuring information is accurate and meaningful. You'll work closely with our lawyers, finance team, legal operations and client stakeholders to transform data into client-facing reporting that supports service delivery, compliance and decision-making. You'll also have the opportunity to work with large volumes of information across multiple systems, helping to improve reporting processes, enhance data quality and drive greater reporting capability across the business. Key responsibilities Produce accurate and insightful client reporting across financial, operational and matter management data. Extract, analyse, reconcile and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy. Develop and maintain client reporting packs, dashboards and reporting schedules. Manage client-specific reporting requirements and respond to ad hoc reporting requests. Coordinate annual financial audits for government clients. Monitor SLA performance, KPI deadlines and reporting obligations. Identify trends, anomalies and data discrepancies, working with stakeholders to resolve issues. Maintain reporting registers, compliance records and reporting databases. Support matter opening, matter distribution, file closures and client set-up processes. Provide reporting guidance and support to lawyers and internal stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, data management and reporting automation. Work closely with Finance, Legal Operations, Practice Teams and Business Development to deliver high-quality reporting outcomes. What you'll bring Experience in a reporting, finance analyst, business analyst, client reporting or similar data-focused role. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and reporting. A genuine interest in working with data, reporting and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Experience producing financial, operational or client reporting within a professional services environment will be highly regarded. Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and competing priorities. Confidence working with a broad range of stakeholders across finance, operations and client-facing teams. Experience with reporting platforms, legal practice management systems or Aderant would be advantageous. Why join WK?
