Working through our group of Registered Training Organisations (Practical Outcomes RTO#21857, Selmar Institute of Education RTO#121531 and ARC Training RTO#91007), FPE partners with employers, providers and industry leaders to strengthen workforce capability across the care sectors through education, innovation and quality training solutions. With a combined 64+ years of experience across our group, we offer nationally recognised training in early childhood education and care, aged care, disability support, and community services. Description: The Role: As a Client Partnership Consultant, you'll be the driving force behind building and maintaining client relationships and key strategic partnerships to contribute to business growth. The role is based with Selmar Institute of Education, with opportunities to collaborate and work across the broader FPE group. As part of our dedicated team of Client Partnership Consultants, you’ll support clients across the Campbelltown and Greater Sydney regions. If you enjoy getting out on the road and connecting with people, this could be the perfect fit! With a strong focus on the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, you’ll work closely with early childhood centres to provide tailored training solutions that support and develop their staff. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role that will see you managing your own schedule, engaging with clients face-to-face, coordinating enrolments, nurturing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will hold a current driver’s licence, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be prepared to travel across Greater Sydney and statewide as required. Essential Criteria/Requirements: Demonstrated experience in Early Childhood Education and Care Drive to consistently achieve targets Willingness to learn Flexibility to travel anywhere within Greater Sydney as needed. Outstanding communication skills The ability to build successful long term business relationships Excellent time management skills WWC Check Drivers Licence/Reliable vehicle Desirable: Demonstrated experience in the Aged Care sector Demonstrated experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector Qualifications in Business or Education Sector What’s in it for YOU?
