# Client Integration Vice President **Citco** · Changi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role The role of an Aexeo Onboarding Vice President (VP) involves leading projects or elements of large engagements, including client integration, service delivery and sales support. The Aexeo Onboarding VP is responsible for managing virtual teams that assist clients in integrating the Citco services into their environment, employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The VP is responsible for managing a group of Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP), training and development of staff, roll out of global best practice and standardization across the global Integration team. The VP will be heavily involved in securing new business as well as managing existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups. The integration team is the central point of contact for the client both technical and support during onboarding. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. Sales Preparation: Build out of sample portfolios for client pitches and demonstrations Request for proposal/information assistance Direct source of information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfaces Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business Project Manage / Functional Task Owner: Actively participate in departmental and company-wide projects. Identify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projects Stakeholder strategic initiatives within the Client Integration team Oversee the resolution of complex client issues Incoming file testing New Clients Existing Clients New Business Existing Clients New Asset Classes Migrations to New Vendor Instruct / Extract Standard – Stakeholder / Business Analyst / Testing Custom - Extract file development - Stakeholder / Business Analyst / Testing Migrations to New Vendor Functional Data Migrations: Internal Data Conversions External Data Conversions Internal System Migrations Technology / Functional Task Owner Responsible for System Set up and Coordination with Third Parties Control Client User setup / Permissions Responsible for Client Reporting Data Capture and Coordination with Third Parties Client / Vendor Relationship Management: Engage with Existing Clients/Vendor on Efficiency Projects Operational Process Review - Stakeholder Resource Management and Reporting: Oversight and tracking of project pipeline, project leads, progress and deadlines Assist with reporting to senior management Assist Finance on invoicing for file maintenance and communication charges Team Management Oversight, Recruitment, Training and Development. Review departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these procedures Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple 5+ years of people and resource management experience 3+ years of client services within the asset management industry 7+ years in the financial services industry Proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry Proven Project Management Experience Proven Business Analysis Experience Proven knowledge of Listed and OTC products Creative and innovative Client focus Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Attention to detail Ability to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines A ‘team player’ who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service Excellent communication and writing skills Continuous improvement Middle Office experience (Desirable) Project Manager Qualifications (Desirable)
