What we're looking for

The Feniks Alliance works with Ukrainian and international businesses joining the Feniks Alliance Program, guiding them from first contact through onboarding and ongoing engagement. The work spans client relationships, commercial terms, client-facing materials and representing TFA with clients and at events. We are looking for Client Engagement Manager to own these relationships end to end and be the face of the Program for the businesses we serve.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating client relationship management across the TFA team, ensuring consistent and timely communication with clients
• Explaining TFA's commercial terms and guiding clients through contracting and onboarding
• Managing TFA's CRM system, including data quality, pipeline tracking and regular reporting to the CEO
• Owning client-related and commercial materials, including presentations, Program information and onboarding documents
• Supporting the client acquisition process, from initial outreach to onboarding
• Presenting the Program in client meetings and at events
• Representing TFA at business, industry and institutional events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as minimum
• 3+ years of experience in client relationship management or related commercial role
• Experience in legal or other professional services is advantage
• Excellent communicator and presenter, able to produce high-quality presentation documents
• Leadership skills, including the ability to lead small team, and strong team player
• Native-level Ukrainian and fluent English
• Based in Kyiv, with the right to work in Ukraine
