The ideal candidate has strong external client-facing experience, project/program management skills, and exposure to marketing-related delivery. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts. - Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. - Oversee timelines, milestones, priorities, resources, and dependencies. - Monitor SLAs, delivery quality, risks, and overall performance. - Manage client expectations, updates, concerns, and escalations. - Facilitate client meetings, project updates, and internal delivery discussions. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans. - Maintain project documentation, reporting, and delivery standards. - Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce rework. Qualifications - 4–8 years of experience in Client Delivery, Project/Program Management, Marketing Operations, Client Services, or related roles. - Strong external client-facing experience . - Proven experience managing multiple projects, client accounts, or workstreams . - Strong project management skills, including timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in areas such as: - Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation - CRM / MarTech - Paid Media / Demand Generation - Creative / Content - Web / SEO - Data / Analytics - RevOps - Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools . - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
