Client Delivery & Operations Manager - Tax & Wealth. Location: Lisbon / Cascais, Portugal (hybrid). Employment: Full-time. About Centry: Centry helps globally mobile founders, investors and families structure, manage and protect their wealth across borders. One trusted team coordinates tax, wealth, accounting, structures and ongoing advice. Centry is human-led and AI-supported: private software helps ingest information, model scenarios and monitor change, while consequential decisions stay with Wealth Engineers and tax professionals. The role: You will own the operational journey of each client engagement - from onboarding and document collection through delivery and ongoing service - working closely with our senior tax lawyer, Wealth Engineers, wealth managers, founders and external specialists. The role has two equally important responsibilities: (1) deliver an exceptional, informed and organised client experience today, and (2) build the processes, automations and tooling that let Centry deliver that experience to many more clients without administration growing at the same rate. You will not be expected to provide tax, legal or investment advice; your job is to make sure the right experts have what they need, the work keeps moving and clients feel exceptionally well looked after.
