Client Account Management - Act as the primary coordination point for assigned clients. - Understand client business and financial requirements. - Maintain client-wise documentation and financial records. - Coordinate with promoters, MDs, finance teams, accountants, CAs and auditors. 2. Monthly MIS Prepare and coordinate: - Monthly P&L - Balance Sheet - Cash Flow Statement - Receivables ageing - Payables ageing - Working capital report - Budget vs Actual - Business performance dashboard - Revenue analysis - Expense analysis - Project-wise profitability 3. Cash Flow Management - Track daily/weekly cash position. - Prepare cash-flow forecasts. - Monitor collections and payments. - Identify cash-flow gaps. - Track customer receivables. - Follow up with clients for required financial information. 4. Financial Planning & Analysis - Support annual budgeting. - Prepare financial projections. - Analyse revenue, EBITDA, margins and working capital. - Identify cost-control opportunities. - Prepare management presentations. 5. Fundraising & Finance Support Assist the senior CFO/VCFO team with: - Bank finance proposals - Working-capital requirements - Investor presentations - Financial projections - Debt restructuring - Fundraising documentation - Due diligence data rooms 6. Compliance Coordination Coordinate with: - Chartered Accountant - Company Secretary - Tax consultants - Statutory auditors - Internal auditors - Legal advisors Ensure that required financial and compliance information is provided on time. 7. Client Meetings - Attend periodic client review meetings. - Prepare meeting agendas and MIS. - Record action points. - Track pending actions. - Provide follow-up reports to management. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
