Ensure works comply with approved construction drawings, specifications and quality standards. Inspect materials delivered to site and verify that they meet approved requirements. Identify defective or non-compliant works and report them to the Project Manager or Consultant. Monitor rectification works and ensures defects are properly resolved. Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other project team members. Attend site inspections, testing, meetings and joint inspections when required. Monitor construction progress and highlight potential delays or site issues. Maintain proper site records, inspection reports, photographs and daily progress reports. Assist in pre-handover inspections and defect rectification. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision with property development or contractor. Good knowledge of construction methods, workmanship standards and technical drawings. Able to identify construction defects and propose practical corrective actions. Familiar with architectural, structural and M&E coordination works. Good communication and coordination skills. Responsible, observant and willing to work at the project site. Able to prepare clear site reports and maintain proper documentation. Possession of a valid CIDB Construction Personnel Card is preferred. Work Location: In person
