The consultant will work closely with business users, trading partners, and technical teams to deliver scalable integration solutions and ensure reliable data exchange across enterprise systems. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) . Develop and support EDI/B2B solutions for customers, vendors, suppliers, and trading partners. Configure and manage EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, 820, 846, 940, 945, 997, and 214 . Create and maintain data mappings, transformations, and business rules . Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTPS . Work with data formats including X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, CSV, and Flat Files . Integrate Cleo with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, and Infor . Perform trading partner onboarding, configuration, testing, and certification. Troubleshoot integration failures, mapping issues, transmission errors, and connectivity problems. Monitor production interfaces and provide ongoing support for critical business integrations. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Perform unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. Support Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments. Create technical specifications, mapping documents, and operational runbooks. Ensure integrations meet performance, reliability, security, and compliance requirements. Work closely with architects, ERP teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
