Cleaning Supervisor / Field Operations Coordinator Position Type: Part-Time / Flexible Location: Chicago, IL Pay: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience Fuel Reimbursement: Provided for approved work-related travel Position Overview Pearlie Sue Cleaning LLC is looking for a dependable, professional, and organized individual to assist with cleaning operations, client communication, sales, walkthroughs, and team supervision. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable assisting with cleaning when needed while also helping manage cleaners and providing excellent service to clients. Responsibilities Assist with residential and commercial cleaning assignments when needed Conduct client walkthroughs and assess cleaning needs Assist with prospective clients and sales opportunities Follow up with cleaning leads Communicate with clients before, during, and after services Communicate job details and instructions to cleaners Help coordinate cleaners for scheduled assignments Supervise cleaning teams on selected jobs Perform quality-control inspections Take and review before-and-after photos Help resolve minor client and cleaner concerns Make sure cleaning assignments are completed according to company standards Help ensure jobs start and finish on schedule Assist with supplies and equipment when needed Qualifications Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable communicating with clients and workers Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable supervising a small team Comfortable conducting walkthroughs and discussing cleaning services Able to use a smartphone for scheduling, photos, checklists, texting, and company apps Willing to assist with physical cleaning when necessary Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to travel to different job locations throughout Chicago Compensation $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience Fuel reimbursement for approved work-related travel Opportunity for additional hours as the company grows Schedule This is a flexible, part-time position based on company needs. Hours may vary from week to week and may include cleaning assignments, walkthroughs, client meetings, quality inspections, and team supervision.
