Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own reliable vehicle. * Dual Responsibility: This position combines hands-on cleaning duties with key supervisory responsibilities across multiple locations throughout the week. Overview Superclean (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced, proactive, and reliable Cleaning Supervisor Operative to oversee and assist with cleaning operations across 4 customer sites in Northwich. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising existing cleaning staff based at our main office site, while also traveling throughout the week to attend to and maintain high standards across three additional local sites. This is a great opportunity for an organized team leader who takes pride in maintaining immaculate hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities - Staff Supervision: Support, guide, and supervise existing cleaning staff at the main office site, ensuring high quality standards are consistently maintained. - Multi-site Cleaning: Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance duties across all 4 assigned sites throughout the week. - Standard Enforcement: Perform regular quality checks and ensure all areas (offices, washrooms, kitchens, and communal areas) meet required cleanliness and sanitisation standards. - Stock & Supplies Control: Monitor consumable inventories across sites and ensure cleaning materials and products are adequately stocked and correctly stored. - Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow health and safety rules, COSHH guidelines, and site-specific procedures. - Reporting: Act as a key contact point for site managers, reporting any staffing issues, maintenance defects, or health and safety hazards promptly. - Training & Onboarding: Help induct and train new staff on company procedures and safe working practices when required. Person Specification Essential - Valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for traveling between sites). - Previous experience in a supervisory or senior cleaning role within commercial or janitorial environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and presentation. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across multiple locations. - Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
