CLEANING SALES EXECUTIVE CUM OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve cleaning service targets. Identify and approach potential clients for commercial, residential, industrial, and facility cleaning services. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service assessments. Maintain strong relationships with clients and generate new business. Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. Supervise cleaning staff, team leaders, and site operations. Prepare work schedules, manpower allocation, and duty rosters. Conduct regular site inspections and handle client complaints professionally. Coordinate cleaning materials, equipment, manpower, and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality, and safety procedures. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in cleaning services, facility management, sales, or operations. Previous experience in Cleaning Sales and Operations Management is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and client-handling skills.
