Our call centre team speaks with thousands of customers every week, and a clean, comfortable workplace helps them do their best work. We're looking for a reliable cleaner to help keep our office looking and feeling great. Working Hours - Tuesday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM - Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM - Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Available and flexiable to work extra hours if needed. Key Responsibilities - Clean and sanitise desks, keyboards, phones and headsets in the call centre. - Vacuum, sweep and mop floors across office areas, corridors and meeting rooms. - Clean and restock toilets and washrooms (soap,toilet roll etc). - Keep the kitchen and break areas clean, including worktops, sinks, microwaves, fridges and dishwashers. - Empty bins and manage recycling and general waste. - Dust surfaces, window sills, skirting boards and communal areas. - Clean glass doors, partitions and mirrors. - Report any maintenance issues, damage or low cleaning supplies to your line manager. - Follow health and safety guidance, including safe use and storage of cleaning products (COSHH). About You - Reliable, punctual and able to work the set hours each week. - Thorough and takes pride in doing a job well. - Able to work on your own with minimal supervision. - Respectful of a working office environment, as some cleaning takes place while staff are on calls. - Previous cleaning experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided.
