What you'll do: Assess entitlement, schedule impacts, and cost implications of contract changes, delays, and claims Review baseline/progress schedules for delay risk, critical path impacts, and contract compliance Conduct schedule and claims analyses using recognized delay analysis methodologies Support negotiations, mediations, and adjudications with reports and analysis Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Contract Managers, Project Controls, and Legal Monitor and report on claims exposure and commercial risk What you need: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Law, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related 12+ years in claims management, commercial management, or project controls on major construction/infrastructure projects Strong CPM scheduling knowledge and industry-recognized delay analysis methods Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Professional certifications (an asset) Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Flexible schedule Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off RRSP match Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burnaby, BC
