This will be done through proactively assisting Claims Section Head in their management of claims, so as to achieve high levels of satisfaction through high quality claim management, resolution and excellent client service. Area of Deployment: LBC Central Exchange - C-5 Extension Road, Moonwalk, Parañaque, 1709 Metro Manila Duties and Responsibilities: - Evaluate all claim and policy information and investigate all details and ensure applicable coverage of individual. - Perform interviews and gather all statements and documents from clients and evaluate all facts for coverage based on agreement. - Investigate and prepare reports for all denials of claims and settlements and provide update on all files. - Evaluate progress for all claims and coordinate with section head for all issues and effective resolution. - Develop new methods to handle all claims. - Administer and settle all claims effectively and inform all customers and claimants for any denial on claims. - Coordinate with section head and management for all claims file review and audits. - Resolve all issues in claim processes to minimize risks in claims processes and maintain records of all filed claims. - Manage all incoming mails and ensuring prompt routing to other teams - Working in a collaborative team environment while meeting quality standards - Maintain and update Management, Sales and Clients on Claims status Job Specification: - Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area i.e. Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration - At least 1-2 years of experience in the field - Preferably with Logistics experience - Seniority Level - Associate - Industry - Freight and Package Transportation - Employment Type Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
