ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES - Performs other duties as assigned. - Supports the organization's quality program(s). QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Licensing High school diploma or GED required. Resident Insurance Adjuster License (Fire and Other Hazards) preferred. Experience One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Accounting and insurance background preferred. Skills & Knowledge - Oral and written communication skills - PC literate, including Microsoft Office products - Good comprehensive decision making skills - Ability to read and comprehend policy language - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Originally posted on Himalayas
