You will oversee daily site operations, manage labor teams, and ensure all civil works comply with project drawings, safety rules, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site operations for civil work projects. Assign daily tasks to workers, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure full compliance with civil engineering drawings, specifications, and project plans. Monitor work progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Enforce strict site safety and health regulations. Coordinate with project engineers and managers to report daily progress and site issues. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory or foreman experience in civil construction. Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Supervision (preferred). Local Status: Valid Qatar ID (QID) and ready to join immediately. Skills: Strong team coordination, site problem-solving, and blueprint reading. Language: Good communication skills Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
