CIVIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Gulfcraft Trading & Services W.L.L. is looking for an experienced and qualified Civil Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering and have solid experience in Civil Maintenance and Facility Management operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily civil maintenance activities, coordinating technicians, monitoring work performance, ensuring effective implementation of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and maintaining accurate site and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil maintenance and facility management activities.
• Oversee building maintenance, civil repair works, and general facility maintenance operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure proper execution of civil works.
• Assign and coordinate maintenance tasks with technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor and evaluate technicians' performance, productivity, and quality of work.
• Ensure effective implementation and monitoring of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Operate and manage FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or equivalent systems.
• Prepare, review, and maintain PPM reports, site reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Monitor corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and other facility management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare regular operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of total professional experience .
• Minimum 4 years of Gulf experience .
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is mandatory.
• Good technical knowledge of civil maintenance, building operations, and facility management activities.
• Experience with FM software such as CAFM, Yardi, CMMS, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detailed knowledge of civil maintenance operations and facility management procedures.
• Experience in technicians' performance evaluation, PPM monitoring, and site reporting.
• Strong supervisory, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
