Handle villa, building and maintenance projects from start to completion. Manage site laborers, foremen, subcontractors and daily manpower requirements. Ensure all works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements. Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. Review and coordinate shop drawings with the concerned engineering team. Follow up on construction materials, material requests and timely delivery to site. Monitor work progress, quality and site execution. Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports to the Project Manager. Submit daily reports, site updates, attendance and other required documents through the company ERP software. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned works. Communicate with clients regarding site requirements, work progress and project-related matters. Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution. Ensure proper execution of civil works including blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete works, waterproofing and general maintenance. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure proper allocation of laborers. Coordinate material requirements with the Purchase and Store departments. Ensure compliance with company HSE and site safety requirements. Maintain proper site records, measurements and project documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. 4–5 years of UAE construction experience – Mandatory. Experience in Dubai villa, building and maintenance projects . Strong experience in labor management and site supervision. Knowledge of ERP software for daily reporting and project documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE Driving License is Mandatory Immediate joiners will be preferred. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
