Plan and coordinate site activities from mobilization through project completion and handover. Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Supervise swimming pool structures, balancing tanks, pump rooms, fountains, waterfalls, and other water features. Monitor concrete, waterproofing, blockwork, tiling, coping, paving, kerbstones, retaining walls, and other finishing works. Coordinate excavation, grading, leveling, drainage, backfilling, and underground services. Coordinate civil works with MEP, irrigation, landscape, and other site teams. Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve site issues. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work meets required quality standards. Monitor project progress and coordinate activities to meet planned completion dates. Check material requirements and assist with quantity take-offs, BOQs, and procurement coordination. Verify completed works and assist with progress measurements and variation claims. Prepare daily and weekly progress updates and maintain site records. Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, commissioning, and final handover. Ensure site activities follow company health and safety requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 4–6 years of UAE experience in landscaping, swimming pool, and water feature projects. Strong practical knowledge of civil construction, waterproofing, concrete works, hardscape, drainage, and external works. Experience coordinating civil works with MEP, irrigation, and landscape activities. Ability to read and understand construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office . Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of UAE construction practices and authority requirements. UAE Driving License is preferred. Candidates with experience in a UAE landscaping company will be preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED1.00 per month Work Location: In person
