Candidates with experience in waterproofing works are highly preferred. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in civil construction and building maintenance works. * Previous experience in villa and building projects. * Strong knowledge of concrete, blockwork, plastering, floor screeding, waterproofing, and finishing works. * Practical experience in building waterproofing works is highly preferred. * Ability to inspect, supervise, and manage waterproofing works according to project specifications and quality standards. * Ability to read and understand civil drawings and technical specifications. * Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Good command of English, especially for professional communication. * Previous UAE experience is preferred. * A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily civil and maintenance activities. * Inspect and monitor waterproofing works to ensure proper execution. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. * Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. * Monitor project progress, workmanship, and productivity. * Identify site issues and provide suitable technical solutions. * Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and work updates. * Ensure that all works are completed according to the required standards and project schedule. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
