The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring that civil and fit-out works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily civil construction and fit-out activities at the project site. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project teams. Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and site records. Read and interpret engineering drawings and construction details. Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings when required. Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety requirements. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project standards. Prepare necessary technical documents and support project documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Construction and Fit-Out projects. MMUP Certification is mandatory. Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory. Proficiency in AutoCAD . Strong knowledge of civil construction and fit-out works. Ability to understand and prepare technical documentation . Good communication, coordination, and site management skills. Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
