Key Responsibilities Tender Management : Lead the complete bidding lifecycle for large-scale civil projects. Quantity Take-offs : Conduct and verify highly accurate material take-offs from detailed structural and architectural drawings. Cost Modeling : Build comprehensive analytical cost models that calculate labor rates, equipment costs, plant allocations, and productivity factors updated to the local market. Subcontractor Evaluation : Solicit, analyze, and negotiate vendor quotes to ensure alignment with tender specifications. Risk & Value Engineering : Identify financial or technical risks in tender documents and propose value-engineering solutions to optimize project margins. Job Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. Experience : Minimum 12 years of civil estimation experience. Skills : Advanced mastery of estimation software (such as Candy CCS or CostX), profound knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and an established network of local UAE subcontractors and suppliers. Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
