Skilled in managing construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, quality, and HSE requirements. Strong knowledge of civil construction, fit-out, infrastructure, and building works, with the ability to manage projects from mobilization through completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the complete execution of civil construction projects from commencement to completion and handover. Develop project execution plans, work schedules, manpower plans, and resource requirements. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements. Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take corrective action to prevent delays. Manage site activities including excavation, foundations, concrete works, structural works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works. Coordinate with MEP, architectural, fit-out, and other specialist contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise and guide Site Engineers, Foremen, Supervisors, and construction teams. Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labor and equipment. Plan and control procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Monitor project costs, variations, material consumption, and subcontractor performance. Review subcontractor work and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and consultant/client requirements. Implement quality control procedures and ensure timely closure of NCRs and site observations. Monitor HSE performance and ensure compliance with project safety procedures. Conduct regular site meetings and progress meetings with project stakeholders. Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify project risks, technical issues, and potential delays and implement appropriate solutions. Manage project variations, claims, and additional works in coordination with the commercial team. Coordinate snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and final project handover. Maintain proper project documentation, records, approvals, and correspondence. Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements .
