The successful candidate will be responsible for overall project delivery, including programme, cost, quality, safety, resources, subcontractors, and coordination with the Consultant, Client, and relevant authorities. Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the overall execution of civil construction projects. - Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion. - Prepare and maintain project programmes, schedules, and progress reports. - Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. - Monitor project progress against approved programme and identify potential delays. - Review drawings, specifications, method statements, material submittals, and technical documents. - Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. - Monitor project costs, resources, manpower, materials, and plant requirements. - Manage subcontractors and ensure their work is completed in accordance with contractual requirements. - Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. - Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities. - Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and applicable UAE regulations. - Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and the Client/Consultant. - Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations, claims, and contractual correspondence. - Attend progress, coordination, and technical meetings and follow up on outstanding actions. - Lead the project team and ensure effective communication between all departments. - Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project. - Drive the project toward successful completion within the approved time, cost, and quality requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction experience , preferably in the UAE. - Proven experience as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager on civil or building construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, and project controls. - Experience working with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements. - Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. - UAE/GCC construction experience.
