Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates. Coordinate material procurement and site logistics. Verify subcontractor work progress and assist with quantity take-offs and material estimations. Support preparation of as-built drawings, variations, and project close-out documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution. Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industry Experience: Building construction projects Infrastructure projects Commercial and residential developments Turnkey construction projects Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Civil project engineer: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
