Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at site. Ensure work is executed as per IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and approved plans . Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams . Review drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and method statements. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources. Coordinate inspections with QA/QC and ensure compliance with project quality requirements. Identify and resolve technical and site issues. Monitor subcontractor performance and work progress. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Coordinate civil works with MEP and other disciplines. Ensure compliance with HSE and company procedures . Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, as-built drawings, and project handover. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant civil construction experience. UAE construction experience preferred. Experience with a main contractor/general contracting company . Strong knowledge of civil/structural construction and site execution. Ability to read IFC, structural, architectural, and shop drawings . Knowledge of QA/QC, RFI, MIR, WIR, ITP, NCR, and inspections . Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office . Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Only candidates meeting the above requirements and relevant construction experience will be shortlisted.
