The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil works, managing site manpower, and ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and the project programme. Job Responsibilities - Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities on site. - Manage and allocate manpower including carpenters, steel fixers, masons and helpers. - Supervise formwork, reinforcement, concrete, blockwork, plastering, screeding and finishing works . - Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements. - Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Construction Managers, QA/QC, HSE, Surveyors and subcontractors. - Monitor daily manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources. - Ensure required manpower, materials, tools and equipment are available for planned activities. - Check reinforcement and formwork works and prepare work areas for inspections and concrete pours. - Monitor subcontractor activities and workmanship. - Ensure quality requirements are maintained and site defects are rectified promptly. - Enforce site safety requirements, proper PPE, housekeeping and safe working practices. - Report daily progress, manpower status, site issues and potential delays to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager. - Coordinate civil works with architectural and MEP activities to avoid clashes and delays. - Ensure proper protection of completed works. Requirements - Minimum 5-8 years of construction experience , preferably with 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience . - Previous experience working with a main contractor in the UAE is strongly preferred. - Experience in high-rise buildings, residential developments and/or large-scale construction projects . - Strong knowledge of structural and civil construction activities. - Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications. - Strong experience supervising and controlling site manpower. - Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors and other site teams. - Good understanding of construction quality and HSE requirements. - Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred. Preferred Profile Candidates with previous experience on high-rise residential, luxury residential or large-scale development projects in Dubai/UAE will be given preference. Immediate Joiners are preferred.
