The Civil Foreman will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of civil works at site, coordinating manpower and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule. Key Responsibilities - Execute and coordinate daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project requirements. - Lead and allocate workers, chargehands, and subcontractors for assigned activities. - Supervise villa civil works including blockwork, plastering, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, screeding, and external works. - Ensure proper setting-out and execution of works as per approved drawings. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, MEP teams, and other site personnel. - Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities. - Ensure works are completed according to approved quality standards and project specifications. - Identify site issues and coordinate with the Site Engineer for timely resolution. - Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working practices at the work area. - Monitor daily progress and report work status to the Site Engineer. - Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and company requirements. Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects. - Experience in luxury villas / high-end residential projects is highly preferred. - Main contracting experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and finishing works. - Ability to read and understand civil drawings and specifications. - Good manpower coordination and site execution skills. - Ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams. - UAE construction experience is preferred.
