Civil Foreman

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team for a high-rise building project in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervising construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity on-site.

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage site activities for civil works, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any delays or issues and implementing corrective measures.
• Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with project plans.
• Maintain detailed site records, including daily progress reports, material usage, and labor deployment.
• Communicate effectively with the project team, including site engineers, project managers, and clients, to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure the site is prepared for inspections and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years UAE experience as a Foreman in civil construction
• Excellent leadership , communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of site safety , quality control, and construction processes
• Experience in material management , deliveries, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
