# Civil Finishing Forman **Virtual Home Contracting LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Purpose The Civil Finishing Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil finishing activities at site, ensuring that the work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and manage daily civil finishing activities at the project site. - Coordinate and allocate manpower according to the daily work requirements. - Read and understand approved drawings, specifications, and finishing details. - Ensure proper execution of plastering, blockwork, screeding, tiling, painting, waterproofing, flooring, ceiling, and other finishing works as applicable. - Check surface preparation before commencement of finishing works. - Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with approved materials and construction methods. - Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC Inspectors, MEP teams, and other trades to avoid clashes and delays. - Conduct daily inspections of completed and ongoing works. - Identify defective or non-conforming work and arrange necessary rectification. - Ensure that materials are properly stored and available at the required work areas. - Monitor labour productivity and ensure sufficient manpower is available. - Follow the approved project schedule and achieve daily and weekly targets. - Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at the work areas. - Ensure workers comply with project HSE requirements and use the required PPE. - Coordinate with other subcontractors and trades during finishing activities. - Assist the Engineer/QA-QC team during inspections and snagging activities. - Monitor and close out punch-list and snagging works. - Report daily progress, manpower, material requirements, and site issues to the Site Engineer. - Ensure completed works are protected from damage by subsequent activities. - Assist in final inspection, handover, and completion of finishing works. Experience Minimum 5 years experience in luxury villas in dubai (Luxury Villa Only). Working with G+1 contractors or any luxury project. Work Location: In person
