Civil Engineer / Site SupervisorJob Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Site Supervisor with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, supervising site teams, and ensuring that construction activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to take responsibility for project execution and site coordination. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, foremen, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor the quality, productivity, and progress of site activities and ensure that project targets are achieved. Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, material requests, and other required site documentation . Coordinate site inspections, approvals, and inspections with consultants and relevant authorities. Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at the site. Monitor the availability and proper use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower. Assist in manpower planning and allocation according to project requirements. Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager when necessary. Ensure that construction activities are completed within the required quality, schedule, and project standards. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements. Maintain proper communication between site personnel, management, consultants, and other project stakeholders. Support the Project Engineer/Project Manager with site planning, coordination, and problem-solving. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 5–6 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in villa and residential projects . Strong knowledge of construction methods, site execution, quality control, and construction standards. Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings . Good knowledge of site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and manpower management. Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment. Willingness to work full-time at the project site. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
