The candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project teams to gain practical experience in site execution, estimation, documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities - Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction activities. - Support senior engineers in site execution and project coordination . - Assist with BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimation, and material requirements . - Review construction drawings and assist with site measurements. - Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and documentation. - Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers. - Monitor work progress and ensure activities follow approved drawings and specifications. - Assist in maintaining quality and HSE standards at the site. - Perform other civil engineering duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory. - Fresh graduate with 0–1 year experience . - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQ, and estimation . - Good understanding of civil construction activities and drawings. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Willingness to work at project sites and learn practical engineering work. - Oman experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
