The role ensures that construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil and fit-out works at project sites. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and coordinate works between different disciplines. Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the approved project schedule. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project teams. Check setting out, measurements, levels, dimensions, and site conditions. Supervise works including: Blockwork and plastering Gypsum partitions and ceilings Flooring and tiling Painting and decorative finishes Doors, frames, and architectural finishes Waterproofing Joinery and other interior works Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with required quality standards. Identify defects, coordinate corrective actions, and conduct follow-up inspections. Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, inspection requests, material approvals, and site documentation. Review material samples and ensure approved materials are used on site. Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and quality control. Coordinate with the HSE team to ensure safe working practices are followed. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor performance. Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, material requirements, and project progress measurements. Identify site issues, technical problems, and potential delays and report them to the Project Manager. Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and clients when required. Ensure proper handover of completed works and assist with snagging and de-snagging activities. Ensure all works are completed within the agreed time, cost, quality, and safety requirements . Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
