The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, checking drawings, and ensuring that work is completed according to project requirements, authority regulations, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily civil and fit-out site activities. Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site workers. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule. Check the quality of materials and workmanship. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Coordinate with consultants and clients when required. Identify and resolve site-related issues. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Ensure compliance with relevant UAE authority requirements. Coordinate with the project and estimation teams when required. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site. Requirements 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Engineer. Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Good knowledge of civil and fit-out works. Ability to read and understand Civil/Architectural drawings . Good knowledge of construction materials and methods. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage site activities and subcontractors. Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office . Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. UAE Engineering Society membership/registration is preferred. Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer approval/registration is preferred. Dubai Development Authority (DDA) approval is an advantage. Trakhees approval/registration is an advantage. Experience working with DM, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, and other UAE authority requirements is an advantage. UAE driving licence is an advantage.
