Project Coordination: Bridge the gap between the design office and the construction site by clarifying blueprints for contractors and workers. Site Inspections: Visit work sites to verify measurements, monitor construction quality, and ensure work matches approved plans. Authority Approvals: Prepare drawing packages and documentation required to meet local municipal and safety regulations. Estimation Support: Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Preparing quotations Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out works Immediate joiners preferred.
