Key Responsibilities Driving License is mandatory * Supervise daily civil construction activities at project sites. * Review and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements. * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. * Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and equipment. * Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship and materials. * Prepare daily site reports, measurements, inspection requests, and project documentation. * Identify and resolve technical/site issues in coordination with the Project Manager. * Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, HSE requirements, and project specifications. * Coordinate with the QS team regarding measurements, quantities, and variations. * Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to management. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/contracting. * UAE/GCC experience is preferred. * Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision. * Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * UAE driving licence is an advantage. * Society of Engineers (SOE) membership/classification is preferred where applicable. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
