Key Responsibilities: - Execute and supervise structural, finishing, and external civil works. - Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. - Monitor daily site activities and report technical issues. - Supervise foremen, supervisors, and subcontractor teams. - Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and progress. - Coordinate with subcontractors to achieve planned targets. - Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams. - Follow up on IRs, NCRs, snags, and inspection comments until closure. - Coordinate with Planning and Senior Civil Engineers to achieve project milestones. - Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. - Assist with recovery plans in case of delays. - Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices. - Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments. - Attend site meetings and provide technical input. - Maintain site records, material logs, and daily reports. - Follow up on shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals. - Assist with quantity take-offs, as-built documentation, and project handover. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision. - Good knowledge of construction drawings, QA/QC, and HSE requirements. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors. - AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge is preferred. Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
