The role ensures that civil works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and applicable UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor civil works at project sites. Review architectural, structural, and civil drawings. Coordinate civil activities with MEP, fire & safety, and other project teams. Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule. Check quantities, measurements, and material requirements. Prepare site reports, inspection requests, and project documentation. Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical solutions. Ensure proper quality control of civil works. Coordinate rectification and maintenance works when required. Assist with BOQs, quotations, material estimates, and project costing. Ensure compliance with applicable UAE standards, authority requirements, and company procedures. Follow and promote health and safety requirements at project sites. Attend site meetings and provide technical updates to management. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum [X] years of relevant experience. UAE construction/project experience is preferred. Good knowledge of civil construction methods and site practices. Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of project coordination and site supervision. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
